The Return SureGuide is a quality belt-centralising return tracker that uses precision-turned C.N.C. components. Specially hardened steels, high quality bearings and high quality components ensure that the SureGuide performs optimally over an extended period. The SureGuide is a robust, sealed unit designed to withstand the harshest environments.
By using the weight and tension of the belt, the SureGuide responds immediately to belt misalignment, gently guiding the conveyor belt back to centre. It can be manufactured to suit belt widths from 450mm - 2800mm and is one of the only units on the market that can be fully refurbished. Available in single-direction and reversible.
