The Troughing SureGuideŽ (TSG) is a fully mechanical frame which responds to the smallest belt misalignment, gently guiding the belt back to the centre of the frame. Its function is simple yet its performance is unquestionable and immediate.
It requires no more maintenance than standard idler frames and is robust enough to withstand the toughest mining environment.The Troughing SureGuideŽ is available in 3-roller or 5-roller systems for conveyor belt widths of 600mm - 2100mm. Heavy Duty is also available.
